Day 3 – What a Pain

Log: Day 3

A diversion from the diet (not literally, just in the blog)

I mentioned my health issues in my first blog. It’s really hard to be constantly confronted by how I’m feeling – a level of pain interfering with everything. I can’t get around very easily. The circle of exercise is daunting. The doctor says I need to walk more, walking makes the pain unbearable, I feel worse … and on it goes. One night only! FitBit report: sleep – 2 hours 36 minutes, awake – 4 hours, 22 minutes, restless – 38 times. The warrantee said I had to keep the bed for 30 days prior to an exchange. So I called … I said,
