Just a short update … a beautiful day in Cody after a very windy night … and a good day for me.
Too much sitting, but very good eating.
I had to spend quite a long time at the computer, so not enough steps today. But I am newly inspired by my sister-in-law who responds to her Fitbit and gets her steps in, even at home. I’m going to try and do exactly that when I get back home.
I had a surprisingly easy day staying on track with food today. Since I decided to not worry about menus, but stay in the categories while on this trip, I was worried I might not manage it. But actually, it was a good day:
Breakfast – oatmeal
Morning snack – apple slices
Lunch – salad (with ham cubes)
Afternoon snack – nuts
Dinner – prime rib (so yummy, with carrots, and salad)
As for the exercise part – as I said, not so good. But tomorrow, I head to the pool. I really like the pool here, and hopefully I can get the first lane. And, of course, I’m hoping the water isn’t too cold. I’ll follow that up with Walmart walking, then back to the computer.
